| Tory Wilcox, LMHC, MBA is a psychotherapist, coach and author who acquired her expertise in life transitions through academic and experiential training. Through her work and her writing, she now helps others to find greater satisfaction with their lives. Previously she earned a BA from Harvard and an MBA from Columbia, and gained over twenty years of progressive management experience in financial services, coaching and mentoring colleagues along the way. Tory is a survivor of numerous personal and professional transitions, and has a passion for helping others to find greater happiness. She lives in Jacksonville, Florida with her two sons and their goldendoodle.
